Supply of Web Design Contents & Images:
- Soft copy of text content to be saved in MS Word “.doc/.docx” file format.
- Website text content in any other format e.g. .jpg, Excel, non-editable PDF, Hard copy of Brochure not accepted. The client has to provide editable text content.
- Website text content received to be categorized appropriately (E.g. Home, About Us, Services, Products & Contact Us).
- Logo / Pictures (Images)
- All images to be saved in .jpg, .jpeg or .gif formats.
- All images to be labeled appropriately. (E.g. logo.gif, logo.jpg, product1.jpg, product2.jpg, etc.).
- Preferred placement of images on pages to be mentioned clearly(if necessary)
- Layout, fonts, and desired corporate colors to be clearly mentioned.
- Materials must be finalized before submitting it to us.
- You agree to take responsibility for copyright content and royalty charges of any material used on your website.
- All the contents must be sent via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- If you need content writing from us, extra charges will be applicable.
- Note: You may select or deselect the content writing from Us in the cost calculator section.
Advance payment of a minimum of 50% of the Project Amount is to be made along with your written order or Confirmation email. Balance payment (depending on the design pack chosen or quotation you received from our web design cost calculator) should be made after completion and approval of the design matter prior to uploading on the hosting server. We reserve the right not to commence any work until the due first installment has been paid in full. There is no refund of advance payment on the cancellation of the project. The final payment to be received only after the completion (design, development, and content upload to site) of the website on the test website link. You agree to pay an extra charge for additional or/and Re-work of your project, basis the difference in work mentioned in the proposal that was agreed by both parties.
Approval of Final Delivery:
On completion of the work, you will be notified for reviewing the website. You must notify us via mail of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of such notification. Any of the work which has not been reported in writing to us as unsatisfactory within the 7-day review period will be deemed to have been approved. Once approved, or deemed approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected and the contract will be deemed to have been completed and the 50% balance of the project price will become due.
If you reject any of our work within the 7-day review period, or not approve subsequent work performed by us, or not point out any correction of un-satisfaction points we will treat this contract as at an end and will be billed the remaining payment for the completed work.
The website delivery period depends on the particular package you choose & the complexity of the web design. A specific time period will be always mentioned in your quoted offer. Delivery timelines may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the web design and the types of changes requested, and are subject to the submission of materials by the client within the designated time frame agreed upon. This period shall only commence from the day all finalized materials are submitted. 2 times revisions of particular section or sections, minor corrections shall be allowed for the website content, layout design only. Examples of minor corrections include grammatical correction, editing of sentences, change of the background color, etc. section Layout changes maximum up to 2 revisions. Client to confirm any corrections/changes required for the website through email only. Websiteforyou.in shall not be held responsible for delays if the client does not submit the materials/corrections on time. websiteforyou.in will not be liable to Client for costs incurred, compensation, or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
Website Maintenance & Support
This agreement allows for minor website maintenance to pages over 3 months, including updating lines and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not include updating or replacing nearly all the text from a page with new text, major page reconstruction, new pages, guest books, discussion webs, and navigation structure changes, attempted updates by client repairs. The period of 3 months or as stated in the proposal begins on the date the client’s web design site has been published to the client’s hosting service.
Due to the nature of our service business, we don't offer 100% refund or money back, be it for custom web development and design or logo design or blog design, eCommerce, Search Engine Marketing, and related items. We offer partial refunds after adjusting the work done. If you don't want to agree with these terms of service, then do not proceed any further. Any further action by you is considered as your consent to our Terms and Conditions. Once you cancel the work, your money will be calculated based on the services already executed. We'll issue the refund within 15 working days. No Refund in SEO: This will be defined on a Project to Project basis.
